Malaysian Directors Academy (MINDA) Director’s Forum

Alpha Catalyst Consulting was represented at the Malaysian Directors Academy’s (MINDA) Director’s Forum in May 2014 by Dr. Suraya Sulaiman. Dr. Suraya was joined by board members from 15 companies to discuss the theme, “The Innovation Zone: Unleashing the Mindset”, to share methods to promote innovation within their The forum also aimed to guide directors on how to assume an innovation leadership role and support their top management in stimulating, steering, and sustaining innovation.
Among the topics covered during the three-day programme which took place in Bali, Indonesia were “Overview of Innovation and the Innovation Mindset”, “Building Innovation Capabilities”, “Establishing Innovation Processes and Structures”, “Developing an Innovation Culture”, and “Open Innovation and Innovation Leadership”.
