When the world plunged into the pandemic, many organisations were suddenly faced with a new quandary: remote work. Unprepared, many ventured forth with what was at hand. This report presents how traditional organisations and individuals could reinvent the ways they work, exploring the platform approach to work, and dives deep into how knowledge-based work such research, data analysis, communication or decision-making. The report was written by our Managing Director, Azim Pawanchik based on his talk on Reimagining Work in the New Norm in 2021.
He emphasised during the talk how the COVID-19 pandemic has drastically altered working habits, causing changes in who, what, and how individuals do their employment. Employee connections, cooperation, and collaboration change as remote work becomes more prevalent; these changes have an immediate impact on productivity and individual performance. |
