At Alpha Catalyst Consulting, we help organisations turn innovation from an ambition into a systematic capability for growth and transformation.

Now, we're looking for a curious, analytical, and hands-on Innovation Management Apprentice to join us.
This is not a role where you simply observe consulting from the sidelines. You will work alongside our consultants, contribute to live engagements, and learn how innovation actually happens inside organisations.

As an Innovation Management Apprentice, you will be exposed to the full innovation journey, from research and strategy to workshops, implementation, and measurement.
You may find yourself helping to design an executive workshop in the morning, synthesising industry research in the afternoon, and experimenting with AI-enabled workflows the next day.
What you will do…
01 — Client Engagements & Workshops
Support consultants in designing, coordinating, and co-facilitating innovation workshops, executive labs, and capability-building programmes.
02 — Research & Insights
Explore industry trends, emerging technologies, and global best practices, including innovation management standards and digital workplace models, and translate them into actionable insights.
03 — Framework & Content Development
Help create bespoke frameworks, toolkits, playbooks and interventions that enable organisations to generate, evaluate and execute ideas systematically.
04 — Data & Project Coordination
Track project milestones, synthesise findings, measure engagement and impact, and coordinate stakeholders across dynamic client engagements.
05 — Digital & AI Integration
Experiment with generative AI, digital collaboration tools, automation and structured workflows to improve how organisations innovate — and how we deliver consulting.

Shaping innovation at the system level.

Turning challenges into action.
We design and deliver end-to-end innovation programmes that bring together corporates, public sector organisations and wider ecosystems to solve real-world challenges.

Strong Communication
Excellent written and verbal communication in English. Bahasa Melayu proficiency is a plus.

A self-directed mindset, willingness to learn quickly, and the confidence to take ownership in a dynamic environment.
Academic Background
Open to fresh graduates and early-career professionals from Business, Management, Sciences, Engineering, Psychology, Communications, or any discipline demonstrating strong analytical and structured thinking.
