As an Innovation Futurists, you will provide support to project teams working on consulting assignments. Innovation Futurists are passionate about being at the frontier of emerging trends in innovation and transformation. They identify key technological, social and market trends and gain a deep understanding of its applications to provide strategic value to client organisations. Their ability to isolate key issues and draw sound conclusions help in identifying growth opportunities for clients looking to transform their businesses.

​An Innovation Futurists will be guided to produce:

• ​Market insights on various industries to senior partners
• A Strategic Framework for client projects
• Research Presentations on emerging technologies and/or techniques
• Benchmarking research on local and global best practices​

INNOVATION ​​ FUTURIST
(Intern/Apprentice)

Job ​​Description

As an Innovation Futurists, you will provide support to project teams working on consulting assignments. Innovation Futurists are passionate about being at the frontier of emerging trends in innovation and transformation. They identify key technological, social and market trends and gain a deep understanding of its applications to provide strategic value to client organisations. Their ability to isolate key issues and draw sound conclusions help in identifying growth opportunities for clients looking to Digitally Transform their businesses.

​An Innovation Futurists will be guided to produce:

• Market insights on various industries to senior partners
• A Strategic Framework for client projects
• Research Presentations on emerging technologies and/or techniques
• Benchmarking research on local and global best practices

Preferred ​​Candidates

• Degree in any discipline
• Have legal rights to work in Malaysia
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
  
• Possess research, analysis and summarisation skills
• Have a keen interest in innovation, consulting, and digital transformation and are eager to learn more
• Motivated to work in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable working independently 
• Capable of multitasking and working on multiple projects at the same time. Can adapt and be flexible with roles & tasks
• Proficient in using Google Slides and Sheets
• Prior experience in using Data Visualisation tools is favourable
• Prior experience in consulting or innovation is not required; however, prior internship experience in business analytics, consulting, or other related fields will be preferable
• Familiarity with business methodologies (e.g. Business Model Canvas, Agile/Scrum, Lean Startup) would be an added advantage
