Advanced Innovation Management Programme in Vietnam

On the 6th to 10th June 2022, APO has entrusted Alpha Catalyst with spearheading and leading a five-day course on Advanced Innovation Management to Vietnamese government consultants, academicians, and a few representatives from SMEs via APO's Technical Expert Services (TES).

During the TES project in Vietnam, our Innovation Strategist and Managing Director, Azim Pawanchik, transferred his expertise and knowledge in the area of innovation, explained the innovative mindset and culture in an organisation, and assisted in the development of innovation plans for the 16 participants.

The interactive face to face  sessions demonstrated the use of digital software in particular, an innovation management system in managing innovation in organisations. The Essence of Tactical Innovation, the Innovation Ecosystem in Vietnam, the Essence of Strategic Innovation Management, and Key Clauses of ISO 56002:2019 were among the topics covered. 

The participants were given the task of presenting a real-life case study in innovation management strategy, as well as working on case studies on successful organisations that innovate.

The level of participation among the participants was high. Each participant was enthusiastic when representing their team and eager to present their ideas. We sincerely hope that innovation thrives in Vietnam.
